The Alliance clarifies its position: We have not set conditions for the Parliament to gain power

Ardian Gjini, the head of the Alliance, addressed the six-point proposal put forth by his party during an appearance on T7’s “Pressing” show. Gjini clarified that the core purpose of the alliance’s offer is not predicated on personal political demands or the acquisition of specific governmental positions. Instead, he stated the proposal is designed to facilitate the unblocking of the current political deadlock and support the nation’s broader strategic development goals.

Speaking on the initiative, Gjini emphasized the nature of the proposal, asserting, “We are not setting conditions; we consider it an offer to help unblock the situation. Our offer concerns improving the lives of citizens and regulating processes that will provide significant strategic assistance for Kosovo in the coming years.”

He further detailed the immediate priorities, highlighting the consistent demand for American gas supplies in the short term. Gjini sought to distinguish this requirement from a mere self-interest plea.

He stated that the request for American gas is considered a strategic necessity rather than a personal demand. According to Gjini, the matter is framed as a critical infrastructural need, asserting that the request is not simply for the benefit of the party, but for the broader strategic stability of the country. The communication aimed to frame the entire package—the points, the gas request, and the general aims—as a constructive pathway forward for Kosovo.
